Native American Student Affairs (NASA)

Native American Student Affairs (NASA) at the University of Arizona provides culturally sensitive academic counseling and support services to Native American/Alaskan Native students enabling them to achieve academic excellence. NASA nurtures student success by encouraging all students to proactively explore and shape our diverse campus community.

NASA strives to:

  • Create a safe environment and build community among enrolled students;
  • Provide students with personal and leadership development opportunities;
  • Advance the on-going development of a culturally competent campus community with an emphasis on justice education;
  • Support the University of Arizona’s diversity initiatives.

Besides creating safe space and providing technical assistance, NASA organizes O'odham Ki: housing, events, workshops and so much more. NASA also work with other program at the UArizona and community to create opportunities for pre-college Native American students to visit the campus and experience the Wildcat life.

The Haury Program is honored to support this amazing program!
